See your sentiment vs engagement for your brand (and competitors).

The map shows you three types of sentiment:

(1) Individual post sentiment (post level)

In the 'Posts' tab in Map, every bubble represents a post from your brand or competitors. Clicking on any bubble will preview the exact post driving the results you're seeing.

(2) Combined sentiment of all posts (brand level)

The 'Brand' tab in Map, shows you the sentiment and engagement of you and your competitors' brand as a whole (by looking at the sentiment for all your posts at once).

(3) Sentiment for a specific type of post e.g competition posts

The 'Content' tab in Map, shows you the sentiment and engagement of different content pillars.

Content pillars are automatically created for you:

Brand: Posts relating to the brand itself, e.g post about introducing new stores in another country

Cultural Moments: Holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or Christmas

Spon./CSR: Posts that relate to corporate social responsibility e.g posts relating to a brand's environmental footprint

Competitions: Posts that relate to competitions and winning prizes
Product: These are posts about the product that is being sold itself, e.g introducing a new range of sneakers
