If you're still facing issues after connecting your account, we recommend reseting your account:

Step 1: Go to Settings & Privacy (make sure you have your personal account selected, not the page you're managing).

Step 2: Select 'Settings'

Step 3: Scroll down the menu on left side until you see Business Integrations.

Step 4: Here you'll see ZavyInsights. Please click Remove and follow the instructions.

Step 5: In the Zavy app, please click the account icon (top right corner), then click 'Account'

Step 6: In the Account page, you'll see toggles to connect each social media account. Please use these toggles and follow the on screen instructions to link your social media accounts again.
